Flowers pollinated by insects, especially by the precious and workres bees, have now revealed the most diverse fruits that decorate, flavours and delight the orchards and the meals.

Mango (Mangifera spp., Anacardiaceae family) is a relatively large, sweet and pulpy fruit, rich in vitamic A, B and C, minerals and antioxidants. The aroma of mango is sweet, intense and fresh and can be consumed fresh, natural, in fruit salad, canned in syrup and added to sweets. The fruit is medically recommended as diuretic, laxative, astringent, tonic, antirheumatic and antiseptic. 100g of strawberry is equivalent to 33 Kcal.

Sweet orange (Citrus x sinensis, Rutaceae family) is a rich citrus fruit in vitamins and antioxidants. Oranges are usually eaten raw, candied, in juices, sweets, jams and ice cream. Orange has medicinal properties: tonic, carminative, low fever, reduces catarrh and prevents and treats scurvy. 100g of orange is equivalent to 47 Kcal.
