Step 1Bring to the fire a large pan with the water, the lemon peel, the cider sticks, a little salt, the honey and the sugar.
Step 2When it is boiling add the Aletria (Vermicelli) and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. It is advisable to stir a few times not to grab the bottom of the pot.
Step 3Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon sticks and serve Aletria (Vermicelli) on a platter or in individual bowls.
Step 4After cooling, decorate with cinnamon powder.
